The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement provided to the client prior to the commencement of work.

3. Project Engagements

• Work begins upon written confirmation from both parties. An email confirmation constitutes a valid written agreement.
• Timelines and deliverables are as specified in the project proposal.
• The client is responsible for providing required content, assets, credentials, and feedback within the agreed timeframes. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines, which will be communicated promptly.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the project proposal or invoice. Dezvo reserves the right to pause work in progress or withhold final delivery on invoices that remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date. Recommencement of work following a payment pause is subject to scheduling availability.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the agreed final deliverables transfers to the client.
• Dezvo retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
• Third-party assets incorporated into deliverables — including fonts, stock imagery, and open-source libraries — remain subject to their respective licences. Dezvo will inform the client of any such assets and their licence requirements.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project briefs and information
• Provide timely feedback within agreed review periods
• Ensure that any content, trademarks, or materials supplied to Dezvo do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Use all deliverables in a lawful manner and in compliance with applicable regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

This website and all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a specific project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.
