Sales Full-time 2 openings

Business Development Executive

Drive new client acquisition across global platforms — Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn — and inbound channels. Own the pipeline from first ping to proposal hand-off, and work directly with the founders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Identify and qualify leads on Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn.
  • Own pitch decks, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Hit monthly pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate scoping with design and dev.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 1–3 years in B2B sales or agency BD.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Comfort with Upwork / Clutch / LinkedIn Sales Nav.
  • Basic proposal writing and CRM hygiene.
  • Self-starter — comfortable owning targets.

Digital Marketing Executive — Social Media

Plan, create, and grow social media for Dezvo and client brands. You'll own Instagram, LinkedIn, and X content — from monthly calendars to reels, carousels, and paid ad campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Build monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, X.
  • Script and produce reels, carousels, short-form video.
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Track engagement, reach, and leads weekly.
  • Brief designers and copywriters on creatives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 0–2 years in social media or content marketing.
  • Hands-on with Reels, LinkedIn, CapCut / Premiere.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong visual taste and copy skills in English.
  • Comfortable on camera (bonus, not required).

Yes. We're a remote-first studio headquartered in Halvad, Gujarat. Most roles are fully remote across India, with occasional in-person meetups.
