Operations Full-time 1 opening

Project Manager

Own delivery across our design, development, and AI projects. You're the bridge between clients and the team — scoping the work, planning timelines, keeping things on track, and making sure what we ship matches what we promised. Fully remote.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own projects end to end — kickoff to handover.
Plan timelines, milestones, and resourcing.
Be the main point of contact for clients.
Run stand-ups, track tasks, unblock the team.
Manage scope, budgets, and risks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2–3 years managing digital or agency projects.
Strong written and spoken English.
Hands-on with Notion / Jira / ClickUp / Trello.
Comfortable coordinating design, dev, and clients.
Organised, calm under pressure, outcome-focused.

Digital Marketing Executive — Social Media

Plan, create, and grow social media for Dezvo and client brands. You'll own Instagram, LinkedIn, and X content — from monthly calendars to reels, carousels, and paid ad campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, X.
Script and produce reels, carousels, short-form video.
Run and optimize Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Track engagement, reach, and leads weekly.
Brief designers and copywriters on creatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

0–2 years in social media or content marketing.
Hands-on with Reels, LinkedIn, CapCut / Premiere.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
Strong visual taste and copy skills in English.
Comfortable on camera (bonus, not required).
